My name is Matthew Vos, I enjoy making art for fictional worlds and stories. I have spent years digitally painting and drawing everything from characters and environments to vehicles and items. Most of my personal creations stem from my Knights of Yánaheim project, but I’ve also had lots of fun working with the ideas of others. I’ve always found it interesting to try and visualise a fictional world and its people, both my own and that of others. I usually approach things from a practical stand point, considering things like functionality and realism in my fictional works, which I find helps create the sense that these places I paint are real on some level. A picture can tell a thousand words, and I like to think that's enough to tell a story.
